MEET ALEXANDRA MILBRATH
Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen 2007
Alexandra Milbrath has a whole-hearted devotion to serve her community. She has created and implemented ‘Aim High With The ‘A’ Team! A youths’ interactive goal-setting program. She has also enjoyed making many friends throughout Central Florida with The Children’s Miracle Network Telethon, March of Dimes Walkathon, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Give Kids The World and Ronald Mc Donald House, to name a few. Achievement from The United States Congress, Resolutions from The Florida Senate, House of Representatives and Department of Commerce, as well as a Proclamation from The City of Orlando. In addition, she’s received many letters of recognition from national, state and local dignitaries for her community service efforts.
This enthusiastic Teen’s lifelong love of the performing arts has been expressed as a singer, dancer, actress and pianist. Alexandra has won state and national talent awards and has been featured on NBC-TV’s Entertainment Tonight. She’s performed in numerous Central Florida venues such as The Amway Arena, Carr Auditorium, Downtown Disney, Orlando City Hall, The Helen Stairs Theater, Heathrow, Winter Park and Winter Springs Festivals.
Alexandra, a Circle Christian School honor student, Circle Theater Company member and dance captain, aspires to graduate with honors from a well-regarded university and earn a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a degree in Musical Theatre.
Her hobbies include composing music, planning themed parties, and collecting 70' s and Broadway memorabilia.
Alexandra represented “The City Beautiful” this past April at the Miss Florida’s Outstanding Teen Pageant in St. Petersburg and took home the State Crown. Last year she was selected 1st runner-up in the State Pageant representing Seminole County. The prior year she was a semi-finalist representing Orlando. Alexandra looks forward to the National Miss America's Outstanding Teen Competition coming up August 7-11, 2007, at the Linda Chapin Theater, Orlando, FL.
